Tips About Squeaking Wipers


When functioning wipers noisy and emits a sound when sweeping glass . Sometimes squeaking like squeaking or whistling.  These conditions , not only reduces the driving comfort . Well , actually what does trigger the abnormal sounds . Here it is in between.

1 ) . Inedible Age

Cleaning wiper blade or blades are made of rubber . This rubber age can not last long. 4 ) . Mushroom Glass & Motor Wiper 

If the wipers are already new , correct installation , no defects , but still sound . Maybe the problem is not on the wipers . Try checking the glass surface . Is it a lot of mushrooms . This fungus has the potential to cause noise when swept by the wipers .
If there is no mold , note the wiper motor . Typically , the motor is encased by rubber . But for the life of the rubber is broken which causes the water to infiltrate into the motor . Water turns to rust . And when the motor rotates , the rust is what causes the squeaking sound . The solution , simply spray with a special cleaning liquid penetrant or electronic .

5 ) . Defect Production & Wrong Posting

New wiper does not guarantee problem-free . Some cases encountered , the wiper stalk and the precision is not crooked . Because crooked , rubber pressure was uneven . So , there are some that do not touch the rubber surface of the glass .
Moreover , any error during installation were encountered . Wiper not assembled perfectly . The bar is equipped with a locking rubber . Sometimes , not locked properly . So the wipers became loose . Due to lax , wiper no pressure while sweeping glass .
